Avery ’s Floor Mats, as copyright holder and materials owner, hereby grants permission to the dealer to reprint, publish and use for distribution the following material:

Images, files and other proprietary information contained on the Avery’s Download Center.
Flyers and catalog pages. Uses of these materials with and without the Avery’s logo are allowed (except GM and Collegiate logo/trademark embroidery services which must include the GM/Avery’s Trademark and Collegiate/Avery’s Trademark).

The images and data files in the Download Center are the copyrighted property of Avery’s Floor Mats.  All images and data files are to be used only by Avery’s Floor Mats dealers or distributors.  Any other uses without express written consent of Avery’s Floor Mats is strictly prohibited. This material shall be used only in the sales and marketing of the undersigns products and services and if for any reason these services are discontinued the recipient agrees to return all materials to the copyright holder and immediately cease their use in any and all applications.
